| Caernarfon - the small tower on a small hill on the bank of the Seiont. Known locally as "Castell Bach" which means small castle. The tower appears to be a lookout tower but is a folly. It was built in the early Victorian period by the Coed Helen Estate landowner Rice Thomas Esq. as a summerhouse. It now contains a mobile telephone mast. |
