The Falls of Dochart are a cascade of waterfalls on the River Dochart at Killin near the western end of Loch Tay. The stone Bridge of Dochart crosses the river at Killin offering a view of the falls as they cascade over the rocks. We first visited this area because we had learned the Loch Tay Boat Song which has the lines “Down the waters of Loch Tay” and “From Killin to Aberfeldy”. We stayed in Aberfeldy and at Bendarroch House in nearby Strathtay.View image on Flickr
