| Colchester Video: here you find a fantastic Colchester Video Featuring This was recorded on Sunday April the 13th. 1986 on a Video 8 camcorder. The quality is not the best as it was first transferred to VHS before DVD and computer but I think it is still interesting all the same.It starts at 9am. but check the lack of traffic as this is pre Sunday shopping,no speed cameras and petrol £1.62 a gallon (35.6/Lt) !! Also listen to the Radio Caroline news right at the start...nothing changes, its Libya ! This part just covers the Town Centre and the Hythe, quite a few things have changed in 25 years.It was recorded because I was back here on holiday from Australia and planning to move back so I took the tape back to Oz so my partner could see it .
